Storm Windows

Storms are external pieces of glass or in some windows they are mounted inside windows and installed on clips. Usually there are 2 storms on each window. Pella type windows have one storm inside.

Pricing:

Aluminum external storms	$1 per piece *storms that are screwed: $2 per piece
Pella type storms	$3 per piece window storms, $4 per piece sliding door storms
Large storms (outside picture windows or second story)	$10 - $20 per piece

Screens

1) Brushing - $1 per piece - we remove every screen from window then, using special brush, we brush them with soap and water and finally wipe them with lint free, very absorbent cotton towels. After cleaning all screens are installed back on the windows.

2) Washing - $2 per piece - every screen is removed, brushed with soap and water and then washed using garden hose. After cleaning screens are wiped with lint free, very absorbent cotton towels and installed on the windows.

Tracks

$1 per piece - we open each window, clean tracks with soap and water and wipe them with cloth.

Skylight pricing

$10 per piece - inside and outside
$5 - outside only
*extremely difficult sky-lights are subject to be priced separately

Window wells

$8 per piece

Outside light fixtures

$5-10 depending on shape and size

Ceiling fans

$10 per piece

Chandeliers, mirrors, shower doors will be priced on site.

Gutter cleaning

Price is based on average house - up to 3000 square feet
